My background was in direct sales but I began to realise that it was not going to provide me with the challenge, or indeed the lifestyle, that I wanted.

Armed with absolutely no experience in the world of IT nor Recruitment, I joined GCS and I have not looked back. I began as a Tele-Canvasser in the Reading office and was subsequently given an opportunity to join the London Permanent Team as a Resourcer. This gave me the chance to work alongside some of the most experienced people within the company and gain all the skills I needed to develop my own business.

This job has given me an excellent balance between hard work and fun and I am now a London Permanent Team Leader. I am currently training a Resourcer who will soon be promoted, allowing me to take on another trainee and begin building my own team of ambitious, successful Recruitment Consultants.

GCS not only provides all the training and support you could possibly need to help you on the road to success, but also encourages ambition and vision. It is this that has allowed me to expand my horizons and become even more successful.
