The Role - Telecanvasser/Resourcer
If you join us with little or no sales experience, then you’re likely to start as a Telecanvasser or Resourcer. After your initial training, we’ll give you the opportunity to work for a Senior or Principal Consultant so you can learn the job from them. You’ll support them and help to develop their business, while all the time you’ll be gaining valuable experience. With drive and determination, you’ll be able to progress quickly to becoming a Recruitment Consultant in your own right.
