We’re passionate about our training programme: our success depends on our people, and we believe in developing them to their full potential. Our commitment to providing comprehensive and effective training has been recognised in our accreditation as Investors in People.
Our training is tailored to your specific skills, experience and background. You’ll start with the GCS Academy, delivered personally by one of our Managing Directors. The Academy takes you through your first few weeks and enables you to learn the job through monitored on-the-job training. As soon as we feel you’ve got the basics right, we’ll let you fly solo on the phones as part of one of our established teams.
But our training is not just for new starters. We’re proud that, in our fast-paced environment, we’re able to support our staff as they develop successful careers with us.
Our unique Masterclass programme continues throughout your time at GCS. Delivered by all of our senior people, it gives you a chance to learn first hand from experienced consultants who have themselves achieved enormous success in our company. They’ll share with you their knowledge, their mistakes and their specific skills, so you can mirror their success.
